Monday is reserved for only the best comedy in Cape Town, with our L.A.M.B (Laugh at Monday Blues) event expected to kick off in June.
Tuesdays the venue hosts YUM (young and up and coming musicians) as a cornerstone in building the proudly South African Music scene.
Wednesday is Jazz night, hosting anything from DJ’s to live Jazz bands to get your body moving.
Thursday is Event Night, hosting a variety of shows for all kinds of artists.
Friday Rock hosts live bands, including some of SA’s biggest names. Paired with amazing drink specials and a friendly, comfortable vibe, the night is guaranteed to be memorable!
Saturday is reserved for special shows of all kinds, and has included night markets, Live bands, DJ nights, Poetry, Hip Hip, freestyle battles etc.
Mash up Sundays showcase African musical flavor, and weekend nights showcase some of the top SA acts.​

Wednesday 30 October JITSENIC is a live set of experimental trigger rhythms coupled with a combination of Rock, Blues, Jazz, Hip Hop and more…

Audiences can expect an eclectic experimental sounds influenced by home-grown pioneers and the international scene, especially the golden era of hip hop.

Open Streets, Lower main road Observatory – Saturday 26 October

As part of the global campaign to raise awareness of the potential of public streets, a portion of Lower Main road, Observatory is closed off to cars and give over to performance art, buskers, board games, children’s soccer, children’s rides and more.  Happening on Saturday 26 Ocotber, 1pm to 6pm, and its FREE!!!

Art- Observations of Life

An exhibition which brings together a group of painters who mutually express a mutual appreciation for small aspects of day to day life, paying great attention to seemingly unnoticed moments.  On at The Cape Gallery from 3 to 26 October,  6pm.  Its FREE!

Music- Constantia Waldorf night market concert

Dingiswayo

Artists, Dingiswayo, Eliezer adn Simon Van Gend & the Band perform live for the launch of the night market season.  Food stalls, roundabouts and pony rides are also available.  Happening at Constantia Waldorf School, Spaanschematriver Rd, Constantia  on Friday 25 October from 5pm to 9pm.  Cost: R15

8th International Oriental Dance Festival

A charity event in aid of Saartjie Baartman Centre for (abused) Women and Children.  Organised by Ajsa Samia and Oriental Dance Theatre Palace of the Winds.

Runs from Thursday 24 October till Sunday 27 October.  Includes a Gala Evening at Ratanga Junction (R150), Workshops at The German Club, and a FREE fringe programme at the V&A Waterfront Amphitheater from 10:30 am to 6pm on Saturday 26 October and Sunday 27 October.
